The snake normally symbolizes enemy if it was killed in a dream.
The tiger represent raw emotions and courage with no fear.
In this dream, I saw a giant snake that was multi-colored, glowed, and looked poisonous. It started to slither and even dominate a normal giant anaconda in a jungle setting. I saw an anaconda coiled and resting on the floor of the jungle and this other "different" snake has been chasing and trying to dominate it. This snake was the same size as the anaconda, and it slid on top of the anaconda to attack and dominate it.
I then see this snake chasing and trying to dominate a tiger. The tiger was fearful of it and didn't want to fight. I see this tiger running through the wood to escape the snake until it was cornered and the snake tried to strike at it. The tiger turn around and attacked the snake pinning it down with its huge muscle and ripping its head off. I heard a scream inside my head and actually woke up in real life.
From meditation since highschool, I found out my guardian totem is a tiger.
